I have one customer that knows they need a website but is entirely dependent upon someone else to provide guidance. I have another customer that has a website but they want it improved because of changing business requirements.
Another customer stated that their business today is completely different than it was three years ago. How do I keep my website up to date with changing business requirements?

experienced person working with html code, PHP and MySQL databases. I really
enjoy working with the style pages and seeing the finished product on the
webpages.
If you want an online business that succeeds, then your answer is
